I have three 20rnd magazines which are military surplus. Like most, the have the alloy follower and are marked "Colt AR-15". These three do not have "5.56mm" on the bottom but "CAL .223" instead underneath the "COLT AR-15". Also states on the baseplate " COLT's PT.F.A MFG CO INC Hartford, CONN.U.S.A"  

Anyone have any idea if these are of more value then other 20rnd mags from a collectors standpoint?

They'll be worth a small amount more [u]to a collector[/u] if in mint condition.  If used they have little to no additional value.  See estimated price range for 20's here -
