Stupid Question: Is it legal to have a magazine with a capacity greater than 10 in a post ban rifle?

Unless your state has regulations to the contrary, it is legal to have preban mags in a post ban weapon.

If the mags were made AFTER September 13th 1994, then you better be a Law Enforcement or government official that has authority to possess them.
