Before I found the FAQ (thanks Troy) I bought 4 western metals 30 rd. (stamped "colt ar-15" on the floor) Are they worth rebuilding? They seem heavier than the US mag crap and 3 of 4 seem to feed okay, but the 4th pops the last round out (as the second to last loads) and jams. Would adding a new spring and follower make these worth keeping?

Don't throw good money after bad. Use the 3 that work, throw away the one that doesn't.

Thx bigdb1 for suggesting the obvious :') I just can't let go of anything without jacking with it... Its an illness.
