Found about five of these in a public storage auction stowed away with some personal effects.

How do I clean these and put them through my AR15?

Honestly... for just 5 rounds, with a dubious storage record... I'd pull them down, more out of curiousity about the powder condition.

I've fired ammo dirtier than that with no issues.

Five rounds? I might wipe then with alcohol and just save them for the uncommon headstamp.

Wipe off with a dry rag, chamber, pull trigger.
