Something like this

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251388703372?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

How accurate are they out to 350 yards or so with ar

Would they hold together out of a 22-250

Can you make a hollow points

I am so sick of buying bullet points at today's market price

Started casting my pistol bullets years ago and I have it down to 4$ 100 rounds of 40  if I can get the ar and 250 down to half the price I will probably go ahead get this

I think he's a nasty fat guy, but I could be mistaken.

If you are doing something like trying to make expanding subsonics or other specialty rounds, they are awesome (see Fat McNasty's aluminum tipped 240's). For the average shooter in normal applications (i.e match HPBT's), however, I don't think its even close to cost or time effective in rifle calibers. The BT_Sniper one step pistol dies can be a different story if you have access to cheap or free lead and brass, but rifle swaging seems impracticable for the amateur. Just buy bulk match.

I've dabbled with swaging some. I bought the dies some time ago, and didn't really mess with them until the panic, when commercial bullets were not available. I really can't say with regards to accuracy, since all I did was load them into rounds that I shot at less than 25 meters(think CQM type shooting), and hence I never grouped it past that. The nicest thing I've found about the setup so far, is that even when you can't buy bullets, you can still make them. To me, that is priceless.
