What do you stockpile?

More specifically what .223 brand, grain, and bullet do you stockpile?  And why?

I don’t have any guns or ammo. If I did, I would stockpile .308, 7.62x54R,.223, 7.62x39, 9mm, .45acp, .22lr, and maybe some .380. I also don’t reload but if I did, I would keep enough Components, equipment, dies for all of said calibers. i might also keep a healthy supply of "00" buck.

I only stockpile stockpiles.

just like I compulsively hoard books about compulsive hoarding.

but somewhat on track, I don't really stockpile any ammo. I have a decent amount of 45 that I got at a good price about 3 years ago and keep a few k of each of my other calibers sitting around.

Anything I can get my sweaty little paws on. Ammo never goes bad. So if you can get it cheap, stack it deep.

I'd like to get to 15k rounds of all my main calibers (9mm, 223, 22lr). I have met the 22lr and am working on the rest.

.22LR
9mm
5.56
.30-06
12ga

Once I get a few guns on my list:

.45 ACP
.308 match
.50 BMG (that one's a long ways off)

Some 410ga and 20ga, a little .380...

Way more .22LR once I get a conversion kit to shoot it.

Lots of everything.  I have Wolf, Prvi 193, IM MI193, XM193, Prvi m855, PMC bronze, Reloads, reloads and reloads.  Plenty of 223/5.56 and plenty of powder bullets and primers to reload everything.  I am not picky but I do believe I have the most Prvi M193 (4000rds) stockpiled, I bought it when Prvi was cheaper then XM193.

IMI M855 and LC M855. Good ammo, reliable, good penetration, they shoot to about the same POI, and can be had at good prices.

XM 193 or Q3131 I stockpile for emergencies.

I stock Federal .223 55gr. FMJ in the value packs for range use since it's slightly cheaper than the M193 clones.

I don't think so.  I good liberal would melt his guns down so that the firearms would never be used in an offensive manner.  The last thing a liberal would do is profit off a firearm sale, LOL

Thanks.  Unfortunately, I sold it all last year when spot hit $1K.  I found the pic and it kinda made me sick when I checked what they were going for.  Made me really see the value of gold.  I wouldn't have posted the pic if I still had all that:)

That would've bought over 125,000 40, 000 rounds of LC 193.

Edit. I thought the silver bars were gold. Still a nice stash you had!
