Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 50 grn vmax

Has anyone shot the 50grn vmax through the faster twist barrels available?  How is the accuracy? I have an 18inch dennys guns 1/7 twist SPR barrel and will be going prarie dog hunting soon.  Normally, I would use 75grn black hills match, but its too hard to replace right now.  HSM 50grn vmax is available for a reasonable price though.

I shot both 50 and 55 vmax through two different 1/7 barrels, like the 55 a little better group wise but either are more than acceptable.

The best groups I have ever shot are out of a RRA 20" Varminter 1/8 twist with the 50 gr V-Max
