Have a few hundred rds of this on strippers, dont know the manufacture. Steel cased red sealent on bullet. Steel case doent look to be coated .Any ideas ? Thanks guys

Russian - most likely Silver Bear.
The stylized arrows are the mark of the Ulyanovsk factory. Cases are zinc coated. |

Looks more like Brown Bear, except that it's Ulanov instead of Barnaul. The apparent lack of coating may just be that the coating is not shiny. Steel cases MUST be coated with something or they'll rust.
