I have a question regarding the price of this type of ammunition is 15.99 a good buy for a box of 20 or is it over priced?

I'd buy it at that price.... all I've seen lately is around $20.00 a box. I've only recently been looking for it though, I'm sure some others can tell you better than I can.

I would tend NOT to buy the 55gr or 60gr loads...that being said, it is better for human targets than most other loads...and it's a great price.

Grab it up...go with the 60gr load.

Thats a good deal.  The only fun shop here that has TAP is asking $26.99 per 20 for 55gr and $29.99 for 75gr.  Complete rip off.  No way they will get my money.  They also sell Brown Bear .223 for $14.99 a box of 20.
