Can someone tell me what the marking right above the barcode on this box of Federal XM193F signifies?

Means it's loaded with the time dated expireing powder...

Seriously,  I have the same on my boxes of Federal 22lr bulk packs, and on some

223 bulk packs.... Says next to it, "Federal and the Shockwave logo mark are registered trademarks

with the US Patent Office"

So, it's just their logo

If it was anything important in regards to the ammo it would be bigger and on the front of the box.

That's the new "Obama's Crown" tracking logo. All that ammo has a chemical tracer in it that allows Obama's secret police to trace the purchasers. Did you use a credit or debit card to buy? Or show I.D.? If so, the chemical tag in the ammo is now registered to you. You are now liable for any crimes committed with that ammo. Sorry about the bad news.

Just kidding.

It is a C.I.P. (Permanent International Commission for Firearms Testing) proof mark to show that the ammunition has been proof tested.
