It's not an outright steal or anything, but it is a fair price. You could certainly do worse in this market.

It's $450 per K..wideners was selling it for $380 K before, I think...

It's a total ripoff but in today's market I would probably buy a couple of those packs at that price. I have three of them stockpiled that I paid about $.38/round for but I won't deplete my stockpile that includes these. I would buy them now at this price to shoot them. The guy I buy from hasn't had any since I last bought from him. This ammo works well for me. Do you care to share where this is available?

Local Pawn shop had it in Canyon Tx. by the time I got back they had already sold out. they had 5 cases while I was there but I thought they were a little high on the price compaired to what I had bought from Wideners last month, so I passed it up. I should have got it when I had the chance....
I may have a hot lead for more PRVI-, I will post on Monday after I call- it will be in a new post. I did check Midway site- they have of $90 per 200. I'm just trying to find a little cheaper if I can.. |

Hansen Cartridge in Southport CT. is selling Prvi M-193 for $395/k.(cash price for local pick up. Credit cards +3% and actual shipping) This is the same company with was importing Prvi in the 80's and 90's. They will starting a web site shortly. In the mean time it just call the retail store and have them ship it to you. 203-259-5424

I've seen some 5.56mm Hansen marked boxes recently with IK(Yugo) headstamps...old stuff but good. |

Its not a great price, but it is good ammo. So it would depend on what you need.

My local shop has it for $10.50 per 20 rds and they had lots of it. They had Federal Brown box XM193 they were selling for $12.50 a box isn't the M193 supposed to be better than the XM193.

I got the Sportsman's Guide catalog today, you can get 1,000 rounds of REAL Federal M193 for only $999.97.

While not ideal ... That price is not to bad for today's ammo market ... I've seen it higher for the same thing ..
