I haven't purchased PMC since the '90s.   Back then it was good stuff.  Why do most of the dealers still have it in stock?  

Am I just paranoid, or is it crap?

Probably the price.   It's typically close in price to XM193, Most would rather just get the XM193 NATO spec vs PMC .223 SAMMI Spec.

Just my thought..
