i have several different rifles that i want to start reloading for, who should i talk to to get started in the right direction?

i want to know what reloader kit and dies to get, what other gadgets i might need, what powders and lead to try, primers, where i can get cheap brass, recipes that work, basically any info would be greatly appreciated.
