I bought three different kinds of ammo to try in my LE6920.
Wolf military classic .223 55gr FMJ (this will be gone the first time at the range)
PPM193 Prvi Partizan 55gr FMJ
Remington UMC .223 55gr

All of these I bought here and there for decent deals.  I know that none of these are really home defense ammo but if you had to choose between the PPM193 and UMC which would you keep for "just in case"?

The 193.  A lotta people have said the UMC Chrono's low.  Some have even said it won't cycle their rifle.

Wait, you actually SHOOT your ammo?    That's crazy!

Out of the 3, I'd keep the Prvi for any "just incase" situations.

Yeah, the Prvi is probably the only 5.56mm ammo of the bunch with a hotter velocity. The Wolf and Rem are .223 and loaded a few hundred fps less than the milspec M193 ammo. Prvi should be your go-to choice from this group.

The 193 for defense.

And turbo spelled backwards is obrut.

I read the ammo oracle again, I think maybe I should find some Q3131 or federal XM193.  I bought two 4 pocket bandoleers with stripper clips and I bought some 50 cal ammo cans.  My intention was to but some ammo on the stripper clips and store it in the ammo can.  I was gunning to leave this on the side and only use it for "just in case" ammo.  I think if I do this then I should get some good ammo like the federal or Q3131, makes sense right?

Keep the Privi. Slow burn the rest.

I say "keep the ammo and shoot spit-wads".

Or keep the Privi.
