Why is this ammo so much cheaper than others? Where is it made?

$312 at Natchez. They say prices are going up. I do not know if this is a sales gimmick or fact.

Natchez's has Remington UMC for $329.80 and Sellier and Bellot for $312.00/k. Which would you select?

S&B SS109 is one of the BEST
3184FPS @ 25y SD 14

s&b m193 isn't true m193 due to bullet having copper washed steel jacket, won't frag as well as true m193. the velocity is there though. s&b ss109 is the best by far of all types i've tried but can't find it anymore, think it's going to the war zones. i'd rather reload rem. brass though. ymmv

I was told by Chuck S. that M193 spec Doesnt call for JUST COPPER JACKET

so steel or copper would Qualify

I do agree that copper is better

and the cannaclure helps out too

fmj, ya, if there wasn't a cannalure on m193 it wouldn't frag very well considering thats the weak point it breaks @ when it gets sideways above aprox. 2,600 f.p.s. despite the spec. if you buy m193 for the frag. effect your wasting your $ on steel jacketed m193 i.m.h.o.

s&b is the only steel jacket m193 i know of.

They make good shot shells too .

The 00 Buck rds. have 12 pellets to the rd. instead of the normal 9 . They make the fired length of the 2 3/4 " as loaded by using a plastic disc at the crimp and the extra alows another "shelf" of 3 to be in the usual star crimp room .

My M1 Benelli loves them .

i bought a 200 rd. pack of there 00 buck awhile back, i agree it's good ammo but there longer than domestic 2 3/4 shells. my mossy fits 6 std. 2 3/4 shells but only 5 of these 2 3/4 shells, if i knew that in adv. i would have just bought 3''. i shot a few box's of there .303 brit. rds. today & was amazed how little powder residue was left inside, they almost looked unfired.

It's Davis Shooting Sports in Goshen, NY. It's $25 per hour.
Nice fast target carriers, decent lighting and ventilation. Perfect for ammo testing and sighting in.

No rapid fire, no 50 BMG, no moving guns between benches, somewhat inconsistent hours as well.
