Picked some of these up and was wondering what kind of rds they were. Headstamp is WCC 93.

have you fired any yet? based on the global security article, it seems they require a practice bolt... which if you look at it appears to be blowback operated...

i found the TM for the M2 bolt: TM-9-6920-746-12P

To prevent shooter from being hit in the face   from   ejected   brass   or   excessive flash from burning propellant, the cartridge deflector MUST be used when firing M862 Plastic Training Ammo.
