I have a RRA 9mm and I'm trying to find what brand and weight of ammo works best in the AR. I shoot it for fun and speed steel matchs. I searched for 9mm ammo here but came back with no hits. What do you guys like/use. My only exp. so far is with PMC 115 and 124, I did not like the 124, the action seemed slow.  I have shot some of my reloaded 9 without any problems but that takes to long to load and right now my press is set up for 45. I see alot of info on the rifle calibers but have not found anything on the 9mm, Thanks.

Fiocchi 123gr 9mm. AimSurplus as it for cheap. Nato specs(grs) and pretty hot as well. Works fine in my Glocks and my dalphon upper.
