Just got back from my uncles house, where he just purchased his 3rd 6.5x55mm Swedish Mauser. Problem is he really wants surplus 6.5 ammo. (Not sure why...old gun.... old ammo....
 ) Anyways I have looked all over on the net for a nice little stock pile but I haven't had any luck. Anybody know something I don't?

AKAIK, the only available surplus in 6.5x55 is the "Prickskytte". From my limited translation skillz, this means means Sniper or Marksmen. It is a 146gr FMJBT loaded by none other than Norma. I've seen it as low as $5 and as high as $10 per 20. Who are we kidding though, $10 for 20 rounds of Norma is A OK by me.
My Swede likes it alot. |

I bought a bunch of that stuff over the years, top notch ammo. I even have about 100 military tracers..
