Where? Sportsmans Warehouse? My local SW sells it for $11/box - or $220/1K. I have *heard* they *might* offer a 5% discount on case prices - which would get it down to $210 there. I'd say $199 is a very good deal, givent todays ammo prices. |

Believe it or not, Carter's Country. It's kinda funny, b/c they are usually higher priced on just about everything else...

Our local Sportsmans just went up to 13.99 from 10.99, a $3 jump. I'd buy it at 199/1000 while you can.

Stopped by a local gunshop looking for some black hills. They had a few boxes of the 55 SP. They said all of balck hills ammo was heading over seas now and would be hard to get. Sounds like a croc to me.

My experience with Black Hills ammo has been very good, accuracy is pretty good given the price. The 60 grain VMAX ammoo accuracy was better but the price is almost 2x. You won't be disapponted with B;ack Hills ...
