It seems there are a lot of kabooms happening lately.  Is this primarily from reloads?  I have a lot of Lake City M855 and XM193.  I haven't heard of too many problems with this stuff unless it was reloaded brass.  I don't anything about reloading, but what's up with it?  Are people not checking rounds before they load mags?  Are they buying stuff on the cheap?  I've been looking into buying some Q3131.  Has anybody experienced any problems from that?

Most of the kabooms that I have read about involved some poor quality cheap ammo.
You should be okay purchasing Q3131.
