Just took one mag to the range today.
I put 18 in a 20 round colt mag, no failures of any kind.
The other mag was a 30 rounder filled with WWB 223.

shooting was all done at 100ft.

Offhand with a tripower I was shooting high and right with both ammos.
Left group is 30 rounds of WWB223 offhand no rest, shot a little high.
Middle group I switched mags to the guat556 also off hand, POI was a little higher than the 223.
To make sure that the Guat ammo was shooting higher and it wasn't just me getting worse, I sat down with a benchrest bag, popped on the aimpoint magnifier and aimed at the X on the right.  CLEARLY the guat556 shot higher.

Later benchrest, magnified groups of WWB223 were dead on, but not pictured.

So the guat is clearly faster, but pretty darn accurate itself.  THat one on teh right was a pretty decent group for me.

Thanks. I am getting some.

ETA: Is this the stuff from AIM? That stuff is marked .223 not 5.56. Does it have 5.56 pressures?

It says .223 on AIM, not on the ammo. I haven't seen the ammo myself.

How does yours look? IN the other thread, it looks like there are some corrosion problems.

hehehehehe , mine was 1434/1440 perfect.  and those 6 were the first I shot.  they were not corrded at all, just not shiny.  Some senior musta shined mine on the way out .  It was like those 6 rounds looked like XM193 comes and the rest looked right out of factory, see here:

3/88 dated. a FEW specks on 1 or 2 cases in each box. [diameter of a #2 pencil lead] Other them that, bright and shiny. Good annealing.

18 rounds VERY VERY rapid fire with vert grip and tripower no sling standing 150 feet....

I think once I take this longer it'll be fine.

Cool!

Glad the Guat stuff is working well!  Now, if I could only get my lower to arrive, and finish polishing the FUGLY lot of Guat that I ended up with... Not to stray off topic... but where do you shoot?

I have only fired a single 5 shot group - out of a 20" varmint rifle - with the Guat.  It measured 3.8" at 100yds.  Probably the worst group I have ever seen from surplus ammo - but still plenty good for M193 blasting stuff.  (and this was only a single group - I really need to shoot at least 5 groups and avg. them.)

Thats not bad for M193   at 100 yards

100ft you should do well

I'm just getting it for blasting ammo, so that I don't have to go into my XM193 and Q3131 stores.

A) this group was well within 1MOA.  At 100 yards, I'm sure I can do sub-2moa

My batch WAS the nicest shipped though so maybe that has something to do with it.

It was?

From looking at that picture - it appears to be pretty close to a 1" group.  If that is correct, then a 1" group at 100ft = 3" group at 100yds, which = 3MOA.

?
