Does somebody have one of the Varmint Packs in front of them? (WINCHESTER 223 REMINGTON 45gr JHP VARMINT HOLLOW POINT USA223F) If so, does it mention anything about FTF in semi auto rifles? In my MT6700 it pushes the bullet straight into the case by about the 5th round, locks up,  and dumps GD powder everywhere.

Happens a lot because the round has a shorter OAL then a 55 grain round.

They do not feed 100% in my RRA Car Elite A4.

awwwwwwww fuck that.  I was thinking of trying that stuff out.  The hollow points looked pretty neat.  thanks for the heads up

Just checked my box and don't see any such warning. Functions 100% in my Mini-14.

100% reliable in my DPMS Sweet 16.

It is very reliable for me.

However, any short HP rounds, including WWB 45gr, and BH 52, 68, and 69 gr, occasionally jam into the front of the receiver, and do not make it to the feedramp.

M4 barrel and receiver extensions solve this issue.

When it happens, it typically only happens on the first round from the mag.

Shot a couple of 100 rounds in my Varminter and 16 inch with no problems so far.

that nasty star shaped nose catches everything in its way.  kind of a good round to function  test with, if there is a place in your gun that a  round will hang up on, they will find it.  I was unaware that MGI had switched to M4 feed ramps when I had bought my upper, and it fed ball ammo just fine though I had a barrel with a regular extension on it...tried the winny HPs and they would not work, and well, I dremeled until they did and all is well now.

I've shot it in several of my guns with no issues. Very accurate ammo considering the price.

It's worked well in my RRA. No complaints here.

I put a box (40) down range this weekend and was 100% and groups great.

It is a little the pricy side, as walley world just raised prices on ammo

14.37 + tax came out to      15.56 of a 40 rd "Value Pack"

The good news is that it will average 1", 100 yd., 5 shot groups out of my RRA Varmit upper, bad news is that I can not load more than 3 rounds in the magazine or I have FTF problems. I have no feeding problems with similar ammo including BHBB 50 gr. V-Max and 52 gr. MHP. Just bought a few 40 round boxes from Natchez for $10.99.
