On 03-03 I went out shooting and among the Wolf and BH MK 262 Mod 1 Seconds, decided to fire 5 extra TAP 5.56 rounds that I had. My performance with the BH was not what I expected, 4-5 inch groups at 100 yards so I wanted to try the TAP and had a few extra that screwed up my round count math.
It was sunny, around 40 degrees F, and I believe there was a very slight breeze.
Weapon: Stock 6920 save CMT M16 carrier
Sights: Iron
Distance: 100 yards
The carbine was fired from the bench with a shooting bag as a rest. 4-position stock was set in the
second first position back from fully-collapsed position. The top of the post was held in the center of the target and took up the middle third, horizontally, of the target from my point of view. That's as precise as I could get it.
Below is the 5 round group of the TAP.
I'm sorry, I tried to rotate this a 1/4 turn but VillagePhotos gave me an error message when I did.
I'm obviously not the world's best or even moderately good shot but this group blew away my several attempts with the MK 262 Mod 1 Seconds.
Thanks for looking,
Scott
