I need some SHTF ammo and wondered if this stuff from KY is any good. The price isn't bad and shipping would be fairly cheap for my location. Anybody have any?      

IIRC, at least some of the '99 Q3131A was loaded very hot.  Some causing damage to rifles.  This is from memory, so I may be wrong...

I think you're recalling the problems noted about 1999 Q3131 which was raised in late 1999 and early 2000.  In fact, the trouble with Q3131 was why many folks began asking specifically for Q3131A made in Israel.  I've shot a great deal of Q3131A from 1999.  In fact, I have a case of lot no. PF 20 and two cases of lot No. PF 70 from that year.  I've shot a case of each of those lot numbers and they are fantastic.  I highly recommend Q3131A from 1999, but not Q3131 from that same year.

SOmebody said they ordered Q3131A from one of those places and got Q3131. I have never shot the A but would love to have some.

It is Hot but my primers look okay !

so I kept a few Bandoliers of the 99!

I even called winchester in 2001 about this. But they told me there was  no call back??

Its the same specs according to Winchester! and very good ammo! almost as good as WOLF M193

KY Imports is now OUT-OF-STOCK on the 1999 Winchester Q3131A (Israel).

I think you're writting about PF 22.  It was good stuff.  I shot a case of it in 2001.  Excellent in both accuracy and function.  And yes, it is hot but not over pressured.
