What is the civilian designation for the Blackhills 77 Grain Sierra 5.56 MK 262 Mod1?  Where can you purchase the cosmetic seconds?

There is no 'commercial Mk262 Mod 1.  The Black Hills 77gr SMK Heavy Match load uses  the non-cannalured version of the SMK, and it's loaded to SAMMI pressure (a little slower).  It's closer to the Mk262 Mod 0 load.

Dark Star is correct that Cabellas and sometimes Fulton Armory carry the Mk262 cosmetic seconds when it's available.

+1 the link is not to a MK262 Mod 1 type ammo.
