Looking for opinions. Best weight between 55 and 62 for a 1/9?

There is no "best" weight.  Both should shoot well.  You need to worry more about the bullet/load quality/design.  It's what's going to determine your accuracy.

Best weight for what?  Paper punching?  Accuracy?  Terminal ballistics?

There is no such thing as best weight in general.  There are weights (lengths) that you barrel will stabilize.... and then different bullet designs in those weights.  It all depends on what you want to do with your ammo.

Read the ammo oracle, and this forum.

The best bullet weight for your 1/9 twist rifle is IMO, the heaviest round your rifle will group well at 100 yards with, (ie. sub-MOA).

As noted above, you need to read the Ammo Faq: www.ammo-oracle.com
