Man i just got my fist AR less than 6 months ago and already i have bought two more compelte lowers from RRA, im hooked for sure. i gots the disease

I did some searches on this ammo and it seems its ss109. Wondering if the SB is Santa Barbara? The link for it in the ammo reference is not working. Any info would be apreciated

I wouldn't pay that much for an import, especially if it is indeed Santa Barbara. The only malfunction that my Colt HBAR ever experienced was because of Santa Barbara ammo. The brass is apparently soft and I had a couple cases get stuck in the chamber due to the rims being torn off.

I had problems with Santa Barbara, but that was in an Oly Arms w/.223 chamber, as opposed to a 5.56 chamber.

When the stuf appeared a few yr ago, I bought maybe 5 boxes, just went and looked, have $4.99 on them.

I wont shoot spanish SS109. My Mini-14 sheared off the rims on about 20% of the cases and the others had a big dent in the rim where the extractor was. If you cant get ammo to run in a Mini-14 or AK, you know its very bad stuff.

Since you cannot seem to be able to read - everyone that posted thus far, HAS fired it, and HAS had problems with it.  They posted their specific issues.  Glad you like it.....  buy it up.
