Clinton banned sales of *US goverment* surplus... thats Canadian ammo you've got there. Are you sure its M193? Is it marked on the bandos or boxes or ammo cans? I'm pretty sure the Canadian millitary is issued ammo that is similar to USGI M855, using the SS109 bullet, but its not green painted on the tips. What you have is probably IVI M855 equivalent to the USGI stuff. The IVI stuff has very pointy bullets... looks similar to 193... Does a magnet stick to the bullet? |

It was in an ammo can marked M193 and in bonadoleers and stripper clips. more deatils to come.
