And if it is 80 dated ammo it is known to be bad. Case head seperations seem to happen a lot with that year of ammo.

I went trough a case of TZ 80 last year,not a single bad rd,no FTF,no FTE, all clean n accurate..top line ammo...wish I could find more now.

I bought 500 rounds from sportsmans guide about 7 years ago mixed head stamps 80-83 had alot of case ruptures and under loaded bullets even after hand sorting out all the visually bad ones. G3 still shot it accurately though it did ruin the barrel fo my mauser (squib) best of luck if your planning on useing it the last 300round I pulled and reloade my self with new powder and primers.

A guy next to me at the range was shooting this stuff in his L1A1. After he left I looked at the brass pile next to his bench and it was all TZ 80 and 82 and many of them had small ruptures/cracks near the case head.
