I use 75gr TAP in NHMTG mags and they fit perfect. Anything over 77gr you will most likely have to load single shot but 77 and down is fine.

There is less room for error if you are loading from a stripper clip but I use a LULA or hand load my mags so no issues.

The 75gr TAP load uses Hornady's BTHP match bullet, which is designed to be loaded to mag length. You might be thinking of the 75gr AMax bullet, which has a much longer profile, and can't be loaded to mag length.
