hey every one
this is an ammo and cleaning observation"wasnt shure which forum to put it in"
first off this "NOT a slam aginst wolf ammo"
i kinda discoverd this buy accident i am a new ar15 owner
the other day i shot it the first time
i burned a mix of wolf,umc,and some 855pd
i use "mill-comm"lube and cleaner
now i thought i cleaned my weapon well afterwards........................
today low and behold i took my bold out and where i greased the lugs
there was a pink tinge and also some carbon sittin on top of the grease
i am pretty sure that the pink is from the primer sealer "wolf" uses.....
now the cool part of this is that the mill-comm didplaced this stuff off the metal ..
the stuff was also the texture of the grease also not sticky.........
all i had to do was wipe it off and reapply
this goes for the carbon as well
i guess what iam gettin at is mill-comm is a grate aid to cleaning as well as a lube
and makes cleaning up after shooting wolf a snap also...............
