At the local show this weekend stumbled across what appeared to be new Q3131 (US production, not '3131A) in factory sealed Winchester case - according to the dealer, Winchester ran some and released 90 cases this summer, of which he got a few dozen - certainly looks new and lot code is WK80. Can anyone confirm that this is indeed new stuff (and hopefully free from the issues plaguing late 90's Q3131?)

Dealer is SnakeRun NW of Pittsburgh, best bet is to contact by phone as their website is not up to date - For any SW PA folks, they are at the Expo Mart this weekend.

how much was it?  I guess you got boxes from several lots?  Unless that lot just happened to straddle the end of 04, don't see why you would have mixed years.

checked the headstamps out of one box - mostly '05 with an '04 or two in the mix... (didn't have my reading specs so had to squint)
