Lew Horton (dealer only)  has mis-labeled Arabic mil-spec M855. Also not green tip, unpainted per contract.  Rejected because boxes are in english  not arabic as specified in contract.

2K rds per case.  

I'll be ordering some.

Other dealers are selling the UAE "M855" without this "Info".  Sounds like a BS statement one could expect from the gunshow or the local gun shop.  Still waiting for range reports and chrono results.
