S&B 62 gr ammo question

I bought some S&B 62 gr green tip penetrator rounds a while back and I just got around to running a few through the chrony.

I avg 3120 fps out of my Colt 20" HBar. 10-14 ft from muzzle

Is this a good velocity for that round?
What is the vel of the xm855 suppose to be? (assuming the xm855 is the comparable round)

According to the FRAG CHART, the 62 gr M855 ammo they tested was rated at 3095 fps.

From what company did you buy your S&B? I cannot find any.
