    Seriously, blowback wise, which ammo literally leaves you rubbing your eyes?

I'd say your rifle is AFU, not your ammo.  If you are shooting an AR, lay off the lube on the buffer and rear end of the bolt carrier, or tape up the joint between the stock and receiver.  You are getting an eyeful of oil.  If that is not it, time for look by a gunsmith.

I assume you want for an AR, so I have found wolf to be somewhat dirty.

But for the ultimate, you need to shoot blackpowder.

    Suppressed AR, just wondering which ammo has a tendency to blow more powder residue.

Dirtiest 5.56/.223 ammo I have shot was Silver Bear junk.
