I was in the local Gander Mountain yesterday. They had Winchester .223 (not Q3131A) for $4.99 plus tax per box of 20 rounds. They had about 50 boxes or so in stock

No one was buying, but this is the first Winchester .223 that I have seen in a while. I hope this is a sign that things are starting to loosen up a bit. Cheers.

For that price they can keep it.  Hell if you look around, you could get Q loads or XM193 for about that price.
