See that, all I hear is the ammo is drying up, here, there, so I freaking paniced again, on impulse I bought another 1000 from Ammoman 5 minutes ago. Then I realized that if the good stuff is drying up then why does the ammoman always have the stuff? You don't have to answer, just thinking of this question......
 Oh yeah, forgot to mention I'm sitting on 800 rounds I bought from Ammo a few month ago...

Lot 066 - 06/04 Thats the last of the boxed stuff I bought. Been tinkering with XM855 & XM193 PD stuff with good results all summer. No lot #s on those. |

I bought 4 boxes, 3 were lot #19 and 1 was Lot#18 a few weeks ago and they were horrible. they were so inconsistant in how the bullets were seated. They were so bad I brought all 3 boxes back to the store. The store owner said that it was normal to be that way and he sees no problems with them. I did not feel like arguing so I grabbed all 3 boxes and left. The lot#18 were all Normal and shot well. I have 1k XM193 (boxed) tomorrow. I will let you know the lot # of those. |

Just got 1000 from Ammoman on Monday. 500 are Lot 9. The other 500 are Lot 10. Before that was Lot 38 about 2 years ago and Lot 87 at the begining of this year.

Yep, this Monday 8/29/05. I don't know why it is so low unless it was sitting on a shelf for awhile but I can't understand that since he has been out of stock for awhile. I opened up 100 of each lot and all seem to be in good shape, cases aren't as dinged as usual and brass is actually pretty shiny. All are stamped 02 or 03. |
