Has anybody ever used this stuff and is it any good?

Late 1980’s Production by Radway Green in Great Britain. This is True Military Spec. 62 grain, Brass Case, Boxer Primer Reloadable, and Non-Corrosive.

found it at a website for a pretty good price and was curious.

Some lots are ok.
Most were downloaded to allow the SA80 to cycle IIRC

The early RG I had was great.  The last batch I got sucked ass, seemed underpowered.
