Depends mostly on your barrel twist rate. Mine is a 1x9, about the slowest rate for that size bullet, and what few rounds I have shot at 200 yds have given impressive results. A 1x8 or 1x7 will probably do even better.

Probably not. My 1/9 lightweight barrel will only hold 2.25" at 300 yards in a light breeze with the 69 SMK's.

Depends on your twist rate and barrel legnth. MOST 1/9 16" barrels will stabilize the 69 SMK. Longer or faster twist, and you'll probably do fine. Takes a 1/8+ and 16"+ for reliable accuracy to shoot anything heavier than that.
What do you define as "Accurately"?  Use a scope and a rest to determine true accuracy potential.Tom

I use 69 SMK to shoot all my short line in XC. 80's back at the 600 yard line. 69's will shoot fine out to 300.

55 and 62 grains worked fine for me at 500 yards.
