I want to reload some ammo that will duplicate ballistics of Federal XM193. Can anyone here supply the data?

Also, I am new to removing the primer crimp from military ammo. Does Federal XM193 have a crimped in primer? How does one tell visually whether or not a primer is crimped? How does one tell whether a fired cased has a crimped in primer?

Thanks.
