The best price I'm aware of is through AmmoMan, Q3131A is the 6th item from the top in the list - $199/1000 rounds, delivered.
You can check prices from a few other sources on the Ammo Price List thread which is tacked at the beginning of this Ammunition Forum. |

Heard some good things from guys who ordered here:

Yep - Outdoor Marksman is back in stock with the lowest price, and, in my experience, great service. Since they are located in Oregon, their shipping prices are skewed high for UPS delivery to me in Maryland. The closer you are to Oregon, the lower their prices will be.
