My cases (LC 02 Lot 76) all have the cross in circle headstamp.  I thought SS109/M855 cartridges were the only thing that got that headstamp?  Federal is going to confuse people loading M193 in cases with that headstamp.

Theres not enough M16A1's left now for it to be a concern for the military?  Or does everyone just look for the panted green  tips?

Not enough M-16A1's to keep producing seperate brass. Both the 55gr and 62gr bullets are loaded on the same M855 brass.

I wouldn't be surprised if some Guard units were breaking out the old M16A1s, prior to deployement to Iraq. Can someone comment on this theory?
