Anybody know anything about this Russian ammo Barnaul in .223 /5.56?? I heard it's quality stuff, but I'd like your opinions. he

Ok I read the sticky ammo review. So let me now rephrase my question. For Accuracy which ammo is best?? Based on what I've read so far it looks like either the LC M193 or Q3131A M193.

This is medicore ammunition, not quality ammunition. Works fine. Don't expect to win the National Matches with it!

No - for accuracy, MATCH ammo is best.

What kind of match ammo? Depends on YOUR particular rifle. You'll have to experiment. You can start with factory loads like Federal Gold Medal Match 69gr SMK's for example or the Black Hills stuff.
