I believe the bullets are actually manufactured at the plant, so technically, they're Lake City bullets.  The bullets are identical to those made when Winchester/Olin had the contract.

As far as powder, it's WC-844, but this is a bulk powder, which is less consistant lot-to-lot than canister-grade powder.  This means that one batch could reach 3250 fps with 26.9gr of this powder, and the next might require 27.6gr to get to the same velocity.  That's why no one publishes a "standard load" for this powder; there isn't one.  You must work up a load with each batch.
