Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Black Hills, Proload .40 S&W loadings--any experiences?

I'm looking to get a Speer Gold-dot loading from one of these companies for CCW carry in my Glock 23, and was wondering if anyone had any experience with loads from these to companies in regards to:

    --muzzle flash
    --velocity from (rather) short barrels
    --consistancy/accuracy
    --anything else (???)
