Could someone help me identify this ammo?  Just picked it up this morning on the way to the range.

It comes  30rnds. to a cardboad box (looks like a mini Chinese food take-out box) packed vertically, bullet end down.  

Headstamp (not listed in my on-line reference) has 86 at the 12 o'clock position and 13 at the 6 o'clock position.

Box is marked "30 RD  5,56x45mm   BALL M1A3".  Stamped on the side is 378  A/86.

Shot thirty rounds, seemed to do just fine, I've got 60 rounds left.  Paid $3.50 per box.

Can't find any reference to it, what do y'all think?

This is the famous South African version of M193 Ball, 1986 vintage.
