Your question is too cryptic. Flesh it out and try again.

500gr solid copper .45-70 as a minimum for bears.

Do you mean Silver/Brown Bear Ammo?  I use the 9mm silver bear stuff.  It works a lot better for me than the lacquered-case Wolf in my Glock 19.

When I was stationed in Alaska we used .338 Win Mag for Inland Brown bear.  I guess you could carry .223 if you intended on shooting your guide in the knee and run like hell (zig-zag of course)

Just poke'n fun at him.  Goosh!  However, I did blast my sister's teddyBEAR with a 12 gauge. [}:)]

Do they have a coating on them like wolf does that everyone complains about?

If you are referring to the green lacquer coating that everyone mistakenly blames for FTE than Brown Bear (I think) has it and Silver Bear does not.  They both do however have a red sealant around the neck/bullet which in my experience CAN cause FTE.  Wolf no longer has this sealant as they also realized this was what really was causing FTE in some ARs.

Shooting a BEAR with .223 is a DEATH sentence and I do not not mean the bear either.
