When it was available, I used the South African 7.62X39 brass ammo that came in the clear battlepacks. They went for $20/200rnd pack. I loved that stuff. Since I couldn't find any more SA 7.62x39 brass ammo, Ive been using Wolf, Barnuals, and Silver Bear Russian ammo.
This Cheetah stuff sounds like it may be nice and the price ain't bad. Not as cheap as Russian ammo, but cheap for brass cased 7.62x39. |

There was some brass Yugo stuff a few years back. It was great but corrosive. This Cheetah stuff is the cheapest now.

Ironically, it seems that th Cheetah stuff doesn't work as well in AKs as the steel-cased stuff (or so a number of people have reported). 7.62x39 ARs seem to love it, though.
