What can anyone tell me about this ammo in 223? I have shot quite a lot of it in my 45 and seems to be OK.

The SS109 works great too, and its not real dirty. I tried 500 rounds here  I would use it again.

I user the 55 Grain stuff all the time...no probs...Others on the board have had problems but I have not-
