There were test results posted on this forum
about 6 months ago.

Excellent data on 155 A-MAX bullet at about 2650fps. I can't find this thread anymore.

Question: Will the bullet perform as well at lower velocities in  2000-2300fps range?

Yes, it will perform well at those velocities.  Fragmentation will be somewhat less severe, and penetration will be somewhat increased.  Still, probably the best performing round yet.
